Refund Policy - the basics

Full refunds will be granted upon terms and conditions. For full refund cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of booking schedule and start time of booked service or tour.. Cancellations after 24 hours of booked scheduled start tour or service will need to be reviewed by management and a possible rescheduled tour should be honored if availability allows.
